This page provides rhythm exercises that you can see notes, play along, change tempo, mute the melody part.
"Download MidiIllustrator scores and open them with the free MidiIllustrator Player" MidiIllustrator Player play the following files.  MidiIllustrator will show you notes, sound.
It allows you to change speed of music and much more!

This page will improve your note reading, intonation.
Guide:
  1. Open file
  2. Press + to make notes larger
  3. Play on the instrument like reading from sheet music without playing file
  4. Play along music to improve to detect wrong notes, improve pitch.
  5. Uncheck at the begining of staff to mute the melody sound.
  6. Increase metronome speed at the bottom left.
