"Download MidiIllustrator scores and open them with the free MidiIllustrator Player" MidiIllustrator Player plays the following files. MidiIllustrator will show you notes that go with the sounds. It allows you to change speed of music and much more!
Files below are saved in Midiillustrator format (.mil)
Soon you will be able to sing, hum notes without using the instrument.
Guide:
- Open file
- Press + to make notes larger
- Click play to get the first pitch then pause it and sing the rest by yourself.
- Sing along music to improve your ability to detect wrong notes and to improve pitch. You may hear some of the "wow wow" sound when you start to get off pitch. Tune into your voice.
- Increase metronome speed at the bottom left to see how fast you can think Do, re, mi
- Advance students should learn to write music by ear (dictation). Write down notes without looking at Midiillustrator's notes, then compare your notes to their note to check.
